Mc’donalds and burger king and KFC etc, generally have high grease levels and can send your sebum levels soaring! You can eat these foods whilst still eating foods high in vitames A E and C. These foods include all fruit, specifcally oranges and avocados oysters, turkey and food high in Omega 3 , which is fish.
I would avoid fried foods, greasy foods, too much chocolate, and too much alcohol.
