i dont ever use acne products cause they are way to excpencive instaid try using products that contain alcohol like rubbing alcohol thst works really well for me. all you need is something to get the grease on your skin away from unwanted acne.
try stridex pads. you will have to look and see if there is benzoyl peroxide in it cuz im not sure but if not then get them they work really well. good luck
Wash your face daily with products containing tea tree and/or aloe vera.
Avoiding picking and always wash your hands before touching your face.
If it’s very bad see your doctor as they can prescribe something to help clear it up.
Some products are harsh and contain chemicals that your skin doesn’t even need. Your skin can get sensitive by using such products and then you’ll end up getting an allergic reaction to basically every product out there. I am talking from experience of course. I can hardly touch moisturisers and toners because my skin is so sensitive that if I am not careful, I’ll end up with an allergic reaction.
I have used everything from Clean&Clear to Clearasil, to Neutrogena to Garnier, to Clarins to L’Oreal, etc in the past to clear up my acne. Let me tell you none of them work permanently. Once you stop using those products, your skin will get back to its old state again. Its better that you stick to using a good soap that is hypoallergenic and doesn’t clog your pores. I would recommend Pears, any Tea Tree Oil soap, or even Dove Beauty Bar. Keep your skin routine simple, the less products you use, the more your skin benefits.
I would also recommend you to go to your doctor. He/she should prescribe you with oral medication to help your acne. Make sure they give you oral not topical medication, because topical medications can be very harsh on the skin and can even dry out your skin. My doctor prescribed me Oxytetracycline tablets and it’s supposed to fight the “bad bacteria” in my system which causes acne in the first place. It really does help, so give that a shot.
I hope this helps you
