ask your doctor cause there are prescription one also that could help you maybe more so.
well it all depends on how much you want to sped. i have a great product called, Pronexin! its all natural, only 33 natural ingredients and its about 30$, but u have to buy it online.. if you want something less expensive i like clean and clear, its much better than proactive and has loads of products to choose from that fit your needs!
