Hi there! I understand your concerns about acne scars and trying to conceal them or heal them. The first thing you need to understand is that the majority of the time, scars (anywhere on the body), do not go away completely. You may be able to get them to fade a little, or smooth them a bit, but they will never completely go away without surgery. I know that is probably not what you wanted to hear, but it is the truth. This is why so many women, and a small amount of men, have tummy tucks and other cosmetic surgeries. You cannot get rid of stretch marks, so the only way to permanently have them disappear is to have it surgically fixed.
So, addressing your concern, my first question would be, do you continue to have acne and are you still picking? Typically scarring acne is from the cystic form of acne, which is the large hard nodules that form on faces. It is not wise to pick, mash, squeeze, or do anything else to aggravate these types because they have a sort of "root" that will just grow larger. Usually they only open in the end of their development, and when you "pop" them, they typically form large scars and pits in the skin. If you still are having concerns, there are surgical procedures that can be done to the skin to fix it, as well as microdermabrasion and other outpatient cosmetic procedures that help with facial scarring. I am in the exact same boat as you are. I have terrible acne scars that I have been battling for years, and its been tough.
I do several things for my scars but my favorite is defiantly Glycolic Acid Peels that I get at the dermatologist during my facials. I would highly recommend those. I also use Retin-A as well.
I love to make homemade honey, sugar, green tea, and apple cider vinegar masks. It doesn’t smell too good but at this point I am trying everything I can
I’ve heard some people say that the neosporin scar solution patches are AMAZING. I haven’t tried this yet but I might go buy some. Good Luck and if you find any good tips, let me know!

Hey, I would suggest using Aveeno’s "positively radient" daily moisturizer on your skin. It "evens out skin tone and texture". It actually worked great for me. Use it daily after you wash and exfoliate your face at least once a week to get rid of dead skin cells and allow new skin cells to replace them. This will clear up your skin.
