I’m looking fοr ѕοmе effective acne treatments tο υѕе. thеу саn homemade οr something tο bυу (јυѕt nothing tο pricey) I’m using ѕοmе things bυt none seem tο really hеlр much. Anything suggestions wіll really hеlр.
Neutral soap, wash your face thrice a day, don’t wear too much make up or solid creams. Then learn how to relax and don’t even think about it. Stress is one of main causes, so let it go by itself.

If you have good medical insurance, make an appointment with your primary care doctor and ask him to take a look. Ask him about Differin. I just wash my face everyday, and then at night I wash my face & then put Differin all over. It works like magic.
To wash my face I use an Aveeno Foam wash.
Honestly, I tired multiple skin creams (proactive, Clearasil, all that.) and some other prescriptions nothing seemed to work.
Reluctantly I did a course of Accutane and my skin has been flawless ever since. Although they did recently find links to crohn’s disease and some others.
try avoiding foods like chocolate, ham, bacon, salami or fast food. wash your face a lot, keep it always clean, if it tingles go wash it with soap. don’t pop your pimples too much either.
