Chances are you are either using something that is too strong for your skin, or you are sensitive to this ingredient. I can’t use salicylic acid, as it usually worsens my acne and dries my skin out like nothing else.
Agree with BBB. I have had luck with sulfur products, but they tend to only work on certain types of bumps, usually ones that have not formed a head (meaning not on zits with white heads or whiteheads themselves). I actually find that Calamine lotion, of all things, helps decrease the size of my zits when they have risen to a head, and it helps mildly with blackheads when used as a mask. I also use it on regular under-the-skin bumps, and while it’s no miracle worker, it helps somewhat.
Avery,
Use alcohol to keep bacteria at bay, stops spots and is cheaper than the stuff that really don’t work, alcohol works every time.rum, gin, whiskey, vodka, just brush on your face dip in cotton wool and rub onto your face and it will keep your face free of bacteria,ok.old wives tale but it is true.
ps. Try it for a mouth and write to me and thank me ok.
No.
