Is there any acne scar treatments at the drugstore that WORK? Please help?
I hаνе red mаrkѕ οn thе whole rіght side οf mу face frοm acne scars. Iѕ thеrе anything I gеt gеt frοm thе drugstore thаt саn gеt rid οf thеm? I аm nοt talking аbουt mаkе up bυt something tο actually mаkе thеm gο away.
Bу thе way, mу main concern іѕ tο gеt ride οf thе red color οf thе scars.
I had a lot or red, puffy scars on my arms.
I used (palmer’s original) cocoa butter on them once or twice every day and now they’re a very faint light color that blends in well with my skin and they aren’t raised or puffy at all. I swear by cocoa butter. You need to keep using it every day for awhile though, as with everything else that actually works, it takes patience.
I’ve heard some people swear by bio oil too but haven’t tried it myself.
i promise u VITAMIN E oil is the best remedy for dark spots and acne scars. you have my word.
Try light exfoliation on them. The problem is scaring on the layers of the epidermis however if they are pitted scars that is in the dermis and you need to see a dermo. and if not look into doing microdermabrasion on them it can be a little pricey but if they bother you that much its worth it.
I used to have terrible painful acne. i tried proactive and it didn’t work. none of the facials, cleansers or toners worked. and then i tried zinc supplements. zinc is an essential in your bodies immune system. it helps you fight infections and acne. i went to right aid and bought a 3 dollar bottle of zinc. i take 50mg a day with a meal (if you don’t take on a full stomach, you feel sick) after about two Weeks, you’ll be able to see a dramatic change. zinc works for 90% of the people that try it, the only side effects are you feel sick if you don’t take with a meal. you have nothing to lose but acne
