   There is a pill system called “Natures Cure” that you can buy at Walmart or anywhere and it cures your acne from the inside out. They have two versions, one for men and one for women. It also comes with a cream to put on your face and a spray for acne on the body. I think I bought mine on sale once for 11 dollars.. but maybe I was lucky. You should check it out.. It is the only natural acne system I’ve ever seen. You just have to keep up with the pills and not skip a day.

   A facial scrub is only part of a good skin care regime (you should cleanse, polish, and protect). Here’s a good facial scrub that’s easy to make at home. Take some white sugar and slowly add little dollops of honey, stirring it in. The mixture should be slightly thicker than brownie or cake batter. Then add a little bit of lemon juice. This will thin out the scrub, so thin it until it’s about the consistency of brownie or cake batter. Once everything is stirred and ready, rub the scrub onto dry skin in circular motions (you can even use it on your lips). Then just hop in the shower and rinse it off before completing the rest of your shower. This facial scrub works because the sugar exfoliates, the honey is anti-bacterial and draws water to the skin (properly hydrated skin doesn’t over-produce oil), and the lemon juice works as a gentle acidic exfoliator, breaking down and dissolving the top layer of dead skin. Try it!
