different treatments work for different ppl but look up emu oil and oatmeal bars it sounds gross but smells great n works without dryin u out. lol. good luck hope it helps u like it did me. I found mine at a flea-market but it can be found online and bought!
It really depends how how severe your acne is. If you have severe acne, i would recommend that you go on Accutane, a six month pill that gets rid of acne forever. I used it, and it really does work!

WELL HONEY it depends on ur skin type so if it makes you break out if you forget to use it STOP using it its not good for ur skin if it does that! have you tryed proactive maybe that will work maybe that will work for ur skin type! I’ve been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it’s at.
I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.
