How do I solve my serious Acne problems?
I аm a 19 year οld guy аnd I having a serious acne problem. And thеу hаνе bееn going οn fοr few years now. I tried lots οf acne clearing solutions etc bυt thеу οnlу gο away fοr a short whіlе аnd come back a few weeks later.
Alѕο thеу leave behind dаrk spots whісh I want tο gеt rid οff. Cаn anyone please give mе ѕοmе permanent solution fοr acne treatment? Alѕο hοw dο I gеt rid οf thе mаrkѕ forever?
For the acne try an astringent such as witch hazel or tea tree oil
For the marks I would recommend scar zone or mederma
Honestly speaking, there is no permanent solution to acne for some of us. A lot of factors play a big role in the development of acne.
1. Do you wear your hair up or down? Some people dont realize that the dirt in their hair may be the cause of acne
2. Do you wear make up? STOP for 2 weeks and add one cosmetic product a week to see which ones exacerbate the acne.
3. Use benzoyl peroxide to spot treat the acne.
4. Wear sunblock even when your indoors.
as for the spots, find licorice creams or hydroquinone creams
for the marks, use contractubex
Propionibacterium acnes which causes causes acne vulgaris is a chronic skin disease of the
pilosebaceous unit,
I highly recommended vivid excessive exercise and physical activity regularly, it has shown to decrease and even desist acne vulgaris.
retinoids, antibiotics, benzoyl peroxide, and hormone therapy are the most common treatments for acne. Which should be tried if you havent already.
Heres a natural routine that acne suffers should use:
cleanse gently: wash your face with a nonfoaming or lightly foaming water soluble cleanser that does not sting or leave the skin feeling dry in the morning. and double cleanse with a cleansing oil and a foaming cleanser at night, cleanse twice a day. frequent or vigorous cleansing will increase irritation and inflammation but will not promote healing of your acne blemishes. You may replace the second cleanser with and exfoliating product containing alpha/beta hydroxy acid. use scrubs only if you have no blemishes but want to fade postacne hyper-pigmentation.
choose a toner: that contains witch hazel, tea tree oil, chamomile, aloe, cucumber, calendula, and fruit acids to gently exfoliate the skin. Plant derived alcohols and clay can help quickly zap blemishes. To quickly soothe inflamed acne lesions and prepare your skin for a healthy nights sleep apply milk of magnesia for a few minutes before going to bed. use a magnesium hydroxide solution.
wear a daily moisturizer: with antioxidants and botanical anti inflammatory agents such as chamomile, green tea, panthenol pro-vitamin B5, tocopherol (vitamin e), licorice, calendula, raspberry, rice and oats, seaweed (algae) evening primrose oil, arnica and echinacea. Choose lightweight fluids and serums instead of oil free moisturizers. One product to try is suki moisture serum.
zap zits with topical treatments: tea trea oil is a antiseptic and a traditional acne remedy. Vitamin c works great too.
to get rid of the scars you need to moisturize intensively. Use jason vitamin e oil.
i had the same problems

Hi There,
I have three steps which you can try out. I have used them personally.
1. Sandalwood powder. Sandalwood powder can be purchased at your grocery area specifically on the spice aisle. This powder is widely used in India for flavoring various dishes. In this purpose, you may use this to treat your acne. Mix the powder with few drops of water until it turns into a paste like consistency. When the paste consistency is achieved, apply directly on the face and leave it for fifteen to twenty minutes. After fifteen to twenty minutes, you may rinse it with cold water.
2. Lemon Juice. Lemon juice is known to be a natural astringent and has its natural anti bacterial properties. You may use lemon juice as how you use your regular astringent. Extract the juice of one lemon and apply all over the face using a clean cloth or cotton ball. Make sure you apply it gently and in a circular motion. This may sting a bit in the early part of the application but will eventually be fine. If stinging becomes unbearable, you may dilute it with distilled or purified water. Leave the lemon juice on the face for fifteen to twenty minutes before rinsing with cold water.
3. Honey. You may use honey to treat your acne because like lemon juice, it also has a natural anti bacterial property. Apply the honey all over the face and leave it on as a mask for fifteen minutes. After doing so, you may rinse it with water. Do this daily for faster results.
You can get rid of acne for good.
I just made a huge thing of tips for you.
~Always eat healthy,I am vegan I strive to eat as healthy as possible,I love to eat antioxidant-rich foods such as blackberries, blueberries, strawberries and lots and lots of dark leafy green veggies like kale, mustard greens, broccoli, brussel sprouts,snap-peas etc
I also make sure to drink AT LEAST 8 glasses of water a day(I drink 12),a great way to do so is to start when you wake up,try drinking lemon water it give a great kick-start to your metabolism.
~As soon as I wake up I like to palates,I use this one when I am in a hurry:

~And I have a book that comes with a DVD called 15 Minute Total Body workout for Teens..or something like that(it’s at my dads house right now,so I can’t really find out what the name is)
~Some other ways to exercise is to ride your bike, jog,or walk your dog(if you don’t have one ask your neighbours if you could walk theres).
~Skin care is very important to!,I recommend natural cleanser (Cetaphil, Purpose, Kiehls, and Desert Essence all are great),once a week give your self a nice steam facial which helps release toxins and opens pores, then use a mask I like Ecco Bella’s Dark Chocolate Face Mask or you can just use eggs (cheap and they work really really well!),also a nice gentle exfoliant such as Earth Science Gentle Apricot Scrub,or baking soda. For a moisterizer use jojoba oil for oily skin and I recommend a cream moisterizer for dry such as Desert Essence Daily Essential Facial Moisturizer.
~Remember to relax take a break once in a while, take a nice walk or read a good book.
~For a natural spot treatment try tea tree oil or honey mixed with nutmeg.
~Try getting a sunscreen that’s at-least SPF 15 and up!.

~And remember keep your chin up nothing is more handsome then confidence!.
~Avoid consuming too much dairy, and if you absolutely must have it, try to have organic milk and cheese that haven’t been pumped up with as many toxins. The hormones from a cow will be passed on to you when you drink its milk, and they can interfere with your own hormones
~Try to cut out on to many carbs, carbs turn into sugar resulting to acne
~In short
~Drink water .
~Eat healthy.
~Use a natural cleanser(since you didn’t say your skin type I’ll just recamend one for oily and one for dry) such as Kiehl’s Washable Cleansing Milk (dry) or Dessert Essence’s
Thoroughly Clean Face Wash (oily).
~Use a good mosterizer such as jojoba oil (oily) or Suki’s pure facial moisture – nourishing (dry).
~ Use a good mask such as Ecco Bella’s Dark Chocolate Face Mask once a week (all skin types).
Peace
i’m 16 and when i was like 13/14 i had absolutely terrible acne!! i’d never put my hair up and have my bangs covering as much of my face as it could, which only made it worse! i tried proactiv which helped a little and a bunch of other things…but my mom took me to this doctor who’s techinically a general doctor but also has like cosmetic services..he prescribed me this: Erythromycin Topical Solution …all you have to do is like rub it on twice a day. my acne cleared up SO much.
of course i get one or two pimples every once in a while but nothing like those couple years ago!
it also cleared away those dark scars i had&my doctor said you can use it anywhere on your body.
i gave an unopened bottle to a couple friends that had acne problems(not as bad as mine though) and the solution worked for them too.
so maybe you could find a doctor to prescribe that for you! good luck
