Ive had the same problem. Acne can occur on ur bac the same way it can happen on ur face. Sorry about the health insurance problem because it can be fixed with a few medicines from the dermatologists. Don’t sweat it though. Its alot better to have it on ur bac and not on ur face. Try washing ur back with Neutrogena acne wash along with something like clearasil on the pimples. U can also use proactiv on ur bac but personally I had a bad experience with it eventhough many ppl have had success with it. Hopes that helps.
There can be acne anywhere on the body, acne is like a little infection that produces puss in the skin pours by sweat or other things.
ewwwww, get some kind of body wash that helps with pimples
Do you have long hair? The oils off of your hair (not to say you have oily hair…everybody has oil) may be causing the acne.
You may want to try pulling it up and keeping it off of your back if it is. If not, it may just be something you have to grow out of.
Have you ever tried pro-active…that may help! There is also a skin line called B. Kamins you might like
I don’t know the cause but I had the same problem. I purchased a product called Natures Cure at Walgreens and it worked for me.
To start with, hands off. Popping pimples is never the way to go— since it can lead to infection or long-term scarring. Just as the face, chest, arms, and back are particular hot spots for sebaceous glands, so, too, are they particular hot spots for acne. There are 2 kinds of acne- non-inflammatory and inflammatory. Non-inflammatory acne includes blackheads and whiteheads and is often the less visible type of acne. Inflammatory acne, on the other hand, includes pimples, red pustules, and larger lesions that are formed when sebaceous glands flare up.
There are many causes which could include diet, food allergy,
and worrying.
Since the acne comes and goes, try to keep track of what you eat or do differently when they come back. That could be your answer.
Seeing a dermatologist is not an option, maybe a pharmacist could recommend some creams to us. There are many things on the market.
i’m 20 now and i used to have back ache a few years back when i was 15-17 years old. I don’t know what is the cause either, neither my parents or other family members have it. My guess would be excessive oil production..too much sebum and the pores get clogged up. I guess we’re just the unlucky few. I never did anything for it, but now it is much better. My mom told me that i would eventually grow out of it, and i did. Occasionally i’ll just get 1 or 2 spots, but that’s nothing compared to what i had few years back. Back then i used to have ache scars over my back and also some on my shoulders, i remember being so embarrased about it that i never wore anything sleevess because i didn’t want to show my shoulders. They have now disappeared, thankfully. Remember not to scratch or feel yours, if not you’ll be left with ugly scars and you
ll most certainly won’t want that. If you can’t afford a dermatologist, you can try some over the counter products at your pharmacy, they might work depending on your skin type. Other than that, just stay healthy- don’t eat too much junk, increase your fruits/vege/water intake and also exercise to sweat it all out. You’re not alone there, don’t worry excessively and best of luck
yiiiuuuck…!! disgusting…
If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.
For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.
Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:
