Oh yeah, that is kind of what dermatologists do- I used to have an acne problem years ago, and m dermatologist have me Tetracycline; it worked pretty good, but it was like if you missed a day, it started to come back. Your acne seems more serious than mine was, but a dermatologist is definetly the doctor that you need.
