Buy a body wash that has exfoliating beads, like the ones from Neutrogena. You could use a face wash that is meant for acne on your problem spots. And, depending on how big the breakout is, you can use toothpaste. That’s what I use whenever I get two or three zits and don’t need to take off an entire layer of my skin.
D. Adair’s products have always gave me the best results for all of my acne problems. I’ve used all of the "under $10" products (ie: clean & clear, etc). I even used proactive for a while. It worked ok, but not as good as D. Adair’s acne stuff.
