i’ve tried thе neutrogenia body washes, changing аnd washing mу bed sheets regualerly, changing mу clothes аnd washing thеm regualerly, bυt nothing seems tο work.

1.) start drinking a lot of water. ASAP. it works wonders.
2.) try the neutrogena wave it really gets the gunk out of your pores. after using it use a toner like neutrogena acne stress control toner. if you have dry skin follow with a moisturizer with spf like biore pore minimizing oil free SPF 15 moisturizer.
3.) at night wash with an acne cleanser, like clean&clear oil free continuous control acne wash.
4.) before you go to sleep, put on some spot gel where you have acne, like clearasil ultra rapid action 4 hour cream, or neutrogena rapid clear acne eliminating spot gel.
5.) 2-3 times a week, you can use a deep cleaning mask, like Mint Julep Masque you can get it at almost any walmart [like the rest of these products] and it works wonders.
6.) once or twice a week, you could hold your face above steam, then apply honey [with no added sweeteners] to your acne prone areas for 15-25 minutes.

I’ve had acne all over my back and shoulders, so i drank about 8 bottles of water a day. You have to use the bathroom a lot but its worth it in the long run.
I’ve been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it’s at.
