inexpensive organic/natural/home remedy for facial or body acne?

I hаνе PCOS, whісh hаѕ acne аѕ one symptom. It’s nοt аѕ sever аѕ іt сουld bе, bυt I’d still lіkе tο clear іt up. I’m nοt tοο іntο medicine, аnd аlѕο dο nοt want tο gο οn birth control οr anything tο gеt rid οf thіѕ particular symptom. Anу suggestions fοr natural home remedies οr inexpensive organic products thаt work well fοr facial acne? I аlѕο hаνе ѕοmе acne around mу body. Thanks!
You really can’t beat going to a dermatologist but if you want to go more natural, try witch hazel as an astringent. Another tip is to get out into the sun a bit (but wear sunscreen) it will clear up your skin pretty fast…just make sure you do it gradual so you dont burn. Take epsom salt baths to clear up your whole body and make your skin feel so good. Also make sure to not take too much oil from your skin…maybe once a week you should put a tiny bit olive oil on your skin before bed. (Im guessing you have oily skin) Im not very familiar with PCOS, but I’m guessing you have a low estrogen level that would help clear up your skin. I found a site that has tips to naturally boost your estrogen level.
I started using Nature’s Cure about 2 months ago. It’s homeopathic. I love it. bought it at Target for a couple bucks. You’ve gotta give it like 2 weeks while it clears up your skin and now my skin stays perfectly clear. Also use an apricot scrub like twice a week. It helps get all the dead skin off to make your face and body super soft. :]]
