I’ve been shaving for a few months, at first it was smooth but recently it’s become pimpled. Tried using hair removal cream and waxing but neither work. Wondered how to avoid getting pimples and if there’s any way of removing them.

I am 34 and the pimples on my face, shoulders and chest are a big bother. I have black spots that are the result of pimples that swell up and if squeezed, some fatty substance is expelled, sometimes looking like a ball with a black head. This repeats itself over and over and my face becomes blemished further. What would be the best diet and/or non-chemical cream combinations to use?

I am a 16 year old boy and for some reason I had pimples on my face and they started to clear up and then recently, I started to have pimple all over my body. They appear on my thigh, my rear end, my leg and my stomach. And whenever I pop them or if they pop themself, they leave behind a scar.
