if it is just a few large pimples try using alcohol on them,
but if it is a whole area then i would recommend seeing a dermatologist, but if that isnt an option, visit your local pharmacy and see if they have any toothpaste that is non-scented and free of extra things(like scope) clean the area and cover with the toothpaste leave it for about 5 minutes and rise with cool water. i do this a lot since oily skin and big pores is common in my family, toothpaste tightens your pores so if you do this regularly then you should be good in time for your prom

The only reason there would be pimples on your back is if you don’t wash at all good enough. Wash very thoroughly, but don’t scrub them so hard that they all break open. That will cause them to get infected.
You should eat right, and use the facial wash/cream on your back. Skin is skin, right? It should work.
Did you try using proactive because my friend said that worked and if it doesnt just get a pretty dress that doesnt show a lot of your back.
Either way I think you will look gorgeous and have a great prom with the perfect man.

Its really hard to do this but I recommend that you let some close to you to make it less embarrassing to rub acne cream on your back. otherwise just reach as far as you can behind your back and try to get your pimples.

well im pretty sure they come from the conditioner that comes out of your hair that gets left on after showering so try rinsing you back really well after washing your hair and dry it well
also using proactive can help too.
mix tomato juice with a bit of dill and spread it on your back and leave it on for about 1-2 hours. then wash it off. you may have to do it 3-5 times in the amount of a week before you see results though. but it does work i used it on my sons back.
Home Remedies to clear pimples.. these are the easiest ways and fastest ways to clear your pimples..
-Use Nail Polish Remover/Acetone.. get a piece of cotton and pour carefully the acetone to the cotton and wipe it on the spot of the pimples.. Not too much.. Not to little.. just exact.. Believe me it worked on me.. like in 30 minutes or less it will fade away..
-Use Toothpaste to clear out your pimples.. Get a toothpaste(any brand or kind) then put it on the tip of your finger then rub the toothpaste on the area which you want to clear out the pimple.. better if you do this at night then the next day it’s gone… fastest ways to clear out your pimples are these home remedies.. hope you be happy!=)

I would recommend using an Acne Body Wash. Murad has an excellent one (I happen to use it myself & my skin looks lovely). It’s just a little on the expensive side.
