Try using apricot scrub for blemish and blackhead control. It works really good. You’re face will feel really soft, but try not to touch it, because your hands carry a lot of oil and grease, which will make it worse…Apricot scrub can be purchased at your local walmart or superstore or whatever i think…it costs like, 5 bucks a bottle thing.
it all starts internally; drink lots of water; drink green tea; cut back on food with fats and oils; then, u want to start cleaning externally; don’t just wash ur face, EXFOLLIATE UR SKIN! get two uncoated aspirin tablets, 2 drops of honey. i drop of water and mix into a gritty paste; then, wash face with hot water and soap to kill bacteria and open pores; then scrub the gritty paste onto ur face in circular motions for 5 minutes; leave the paste(mask) on for 20 minutes; wash u face with hot water and soap; then with a splash of cold water to close pores; then go to sleep; do not use any lotions;
Biore sells strips that you put on your face in the areas prone to blackheads (nose, chin, etc) after you wash your face. Let it dry for about 15 minutes then peel off, The deep embedded dirt lifts out with the strips. You can get them at your local drugstore.
This is a very common problem. Here is the few steps for your help in removing Black Heads.
1. Try not to touch your face…it’s a hard habit to break but dirt, oil, and germs will get into your face and block your pores.
2. A common myth is that if you have oily skin, you should not moisturize it. This is wrong. If you have oily skin, you need to moisturize it, because if you do not, your skin will produce more oil to compensate. Try a good oil-free moisturizer, or Enzymion (from Lush). This is fast-acting and the fruit enzymes in it break down oil on the skin’s surface- no more shiny noses!
3. Biore and Clean & Clear are good products. Try Clean & Clear Black head scrub and Biore nose strips.
4. When you use a nose strip wet your nose with a clean face cloth and then dry your hands.
5. After that open the packet that the nose strip is in, and rip the little tabs for a better fit on your nose.
6. Put the sticky side on your nose and wait for around 10 minutes.
7. After 10 minutes (I suggest that timing) the nose strip should be hard paper mache. Remove it.
8. Another option is using a black head removing tool. These are available at Sephora for 16 dollars. You need to steam your face first, and make sure that the tool is FREE OF GERMS AND BACTERIA.
9. Ex foliating with a facial scrub is a great way to get rid of blackheads. Don’t use it if you have bad acne, as it will rub off the top part of the acne and will spread to other parts of your face, which means more acne to deal with.
